Anyone live at the Gardens, Crossville TN, or similar place, maybe in NC, or North Ga.? I like the Gardens, but don't like the crime level in nearby Crossville. Or perhaps a growing small development in NC, or north Ga, with houses on 1/2 acre or less that will accommodate a class A MH, next to the house?
NO HOA.
I would ideally like to build a canopy or garage for it.

I live in Ringgold, GA. It's about 10 miles South of Chattanooga, TN on I-75. I added an extra 2 car garage to my existing 2 car garage many years ago to house all my motorcycles and my 1966 Cadillac. I poured lots of extra concrete and made it all look like it came with the house. Today there is a 40' diesel pusher parked on the drive way in front of the 2nd garage. None of my neighbors have complained. I'd say if I parked it next to the house in the grass it would be a different story.
