Hello Everyone!

I recently took a position as Activity Coordinator for a RV Resort in TX. Just curious what activities y'all look forward to when staying at a RV Resort. Thanks in advance for your info. Greatly appreciated. :)

I always question when a park calls itself a resort. What makes the park you're working at a resort?
Unless we are staying in a park for a month or longer, I don't think we would care about game night or dance lessons, etc. Other than maybe the pool or hot tub, we rarely use any of the park facilities. That is us, others may have differing opinions.

Since I'm in Texas, what is the name and location of your resort?

We never go in for those activities. Pool/hot tub for us.

On second thought, one resort we stayed at had free ebikes to use, we rode the hell out of those! I hear pickle ball is all the rage.

Is this a 55+ resort?

We don't do activities either

We rarely use any of a park's facilities (other that power, water and sewer) since we travel to see the sights and sounds of the country. We are more interested in easy access, larger sites and peace and quiet.

Darrell
