Satellite vs antenna vs cable

I have an 2006 motorhome. Originally it had a box that you push a button to change from satellite to antenna to cable. Can I delete this box with today’s tv capabilities? I can just change tv input or no?

Evidently not because I have antenna on my back and outside tv. I have satellite on my main tv. Now I guess it is a matter of figuring out which of the 20 lines go where in coach.
