after my battery is removed for winter can i still operate on a/c power? would like to put small fan inside for winter. is a solar system.

Yes, BUT.......ensure your battery leads are insulated to keep then from grounding out to the chassis.

Your profile does not list the type of RV you have. My question to you is, does your RV have a Battery Minder? If it does, your batteries will probably be better off if you leave them in if you are hooked up to Shore Power (even if only a 15 amp service).
