Brand New to this RV and RV'ing in general. Went to a local KOA for a "test" trip and the passenger side slide out stopped about 6" of going all the way out. In researching the issue it appears there are limit switches which make the slide out stop at the appropriate position.
I asked earlier on this forum if lubrication was required. Received differing responses, but mostly no. Like to get a consensus of opinion.
Also, it appears the "jury is out" regarding when to activate the slide outs. (ie. before leveling or after leveling).
Like to receive some trouble shooting tips.
