Question Slide Out Issue

We own a 2019 Coachman Freelander 26DS.
On occasion, the bedroom slide goes sideways and the motor stops while trying to extend it.
Any suggestions to help are greatly appreciated!

What type slide do you have. Sounds like it maybe out of time. Does the slide have a track top and bottom on the outside of the slide?

Thank you so much for responding! We aren’t sure type of slide, but yes it does have a top and bottom from the outside.
Per your question: We are curious as to how you know what type of slide we’d have?

Ya just reverse it and square up slide all the way. hold your button longer its easy
