Slide out issues

Ok. Did a little looking until the rain came.
Both controllers are receiving 13.6 volts.

Kitchen slide out. No power to any motor wire. Hall signal, power, ground
Out 1 and 2

Bedroom Slide out had 2 wires that had power.
Hall power and signal wire 12.7 volts
Hall ground and Out 1and 2 - no power.

I swapped the controllers around and got the same results. I am new to the RV life and electrical. The controllers do not display any LED lights until I would accidently touch two wire ends together then it would display the 1 green 9 red. I would reset with press 6 hold 7th manual reset. I retested to same results. At first I thought controllers but now I am thinking a wiring issue. Any help will be appreciated.

Update:
Slide outs are fixed! Ended up having a mobile mechanic come and take a look at them. It seems to have eventually been a broken wire behind the main panel underneath the bed. Once wire was fixed and replaced a dead switch BINGO!
