Slideout locks not locking when side in

I'm trying to help my brother figure out his slide lockout arm problems. 2019 DS passenger slide living room slide. They do not lock for travel when slide is in. We've been traveling the last month with no change. Forward lockout makes a noise for couple seconds after slide in but nothing is moving. Rear lockout makes no noise. We did stop at mothership on way and bought sensors. Just throwing it out there if something else that could cause this? The control board has been changed out before trip. They weren't working before this either.

With slides out, check the paddles at the bottom forward and aft end. Lubricate them!

With slides in, look at the white locks from the inside that open to push against the wall, activated by compressing the paddles mentioned above. Make sure they are tight, I had one loose in the attachment to the top of the slide.
