We are looking for a small (under 20' box) trailer, a lightweight easy tow. Have found several locally (Pacific Northwest), but may floorplans include bunks. We a just a mature couple with no needs for bunks, so I thought we'd consider one of these models and do a mini-conversion - turning bunks into a storage locker or ?
I found a few hits online about converting bunk space into offices, etc, but hoped for something a little more basic. Can anyone suggest sites that might have tips or videos on simplest methods to make this conversion?
I am fairly handy, mostly looking for gotchas on what not to screw up as I build and plan (in that order).
Thanks

depending on your need, you can convert them to a "walk-in" closet. most of the bunk systems unbolt pretty easily.
