My reply would be.....Sorry Richard there was a problem with the site, I had to cancel your reservation.
And then Richard would post reviews on every site he could including Google telling the world what a poor operation Jim runs. As a good business operator, Jim quietly kicks a few pebbles and walks it off and smiles when Richard arrives after hours the next day. It's a good thing Riker is around to sooth his soul.

Thats the problem these days. Someone should start a site reviewing clients.
 
Good customer service always wins but most other campgrounds would change the formal reservation and then it falls into the cancellation policy.

I will not stay at Jim's resort, nothing to do with Jim! Everything that I have seen on his place, makes me a believer that he knows how to run an exemplary park.
