Some websites including RV booking sites are blocking VPN's

For the geeks here, I don't know this is specific to Peplink's speed fusion or if it's a VPN thing but I've had a few cases lately where I'm getting 403 forbidden errors when visiting a website such as booking a campground. Reddit blocked my visit as well until I turned off my outbound policy to route through speedfusion. I did a quick google search and found the info about this and how to setup outbound policies if needed for domains to change routing.

Interesting situation, seems to be Cloudflare etc are doing this now. Anyone else seen this?

Edit: I believe this has to do with the tunneling fusion does between me and the fusion hub.

Yes, I have seen this with several site. I get the message ”sorry, but you have been blocked”. Privacy is geti g to be nearly i possible these days.

Got hit again this morning trying to shop the Canon printers website. Blocked by cloudfront.

A little research points that cloudflare etc. are blocking VPN's coming from data center IP addresses for example as server farms have been the home for spam generation. There was mention of Netflix doing this too, I haven't tried Netflix through speedfusion yet but that is my setup, all of my Apple TV devices route through speedfusion to pick up my Virginia server location mainly for YouTube TV to try and keep my region at home.

Me too. For me the problem was using Nord VPN. Tried to book an RV site then gave me these messages I was a threat. Then they leave a chain of cookies at different URL's saying you are a threat. So I have to turn off VPN, then find and delete those cookies before I can book the site.

I had a problem with campspot for a week and finally tried using a Private Window in Firefox and got right in. Not sure why that worked, but I've used that a couple times with other websites that blocked me using my standard browser windows.
