Dear Friends:

I will take a moment away from reconfiguring the entire network to explain what happened. I cannot say I'm sorry enough and I'm embarrassed and ashamed on behalf of my data center (Databank) that caused this outage. It was completely out of my control and I'm just thankful to finally have this saga resolved as the data center was not communicating with me effectively causing a lot of stress as I don't tolerate ANY downtime.

I apologize for not having everyone on the email blast that I sent out this morning which I delayed from last night hoping things would come online...
