I have a New 2023 Fleetwood Bounder 36F just picked it up 3 weeks ago had it in storage. When I picked it up there is a tone coming from somewhere around the door, Inverter Propane bay. It goes off about every minute. Called Fleetwood Tech support they said the battery in the motion sincere needs to be changed problem being it's not equipped with a motion sincere. They said that's all it could be (lot's of help). I've checked every where and everything. Leaving very early in the morning don't want to listen to that while driving. Doesn't matter if it's on the inverter, generator or on shore power still sounds. when your driving or parked. The only way you can get turned off is hit the batteries disconnects.

Check your propane detector. Mine beeped like crazy whenthe coach was new. Got it replaced under warranty. I know you said outside, but these things are loud.

Pull the fuse to your awning and see what happens.
