Is the trip from Delaware to Lake George NY very hilly or steep inclines towing a 26ft trailer with F150.

Not sure what is in a F150, I towed a 25 ft trailer with a Expedition. Trailer empty was 5500 lbs.

I think you should be fine. The really big hills are north of Lake George.

I would think you will be going up I87 and depending where on Lake George you are going on what exit you will take. Farther north you have SR 11 which has a steep grade after exiting I 87 or SR 8 which is not to bad.

Thank you very much for your info. We are staying at Lake George RV Park going up I87 and then exit 20 (NY 149 toward Fort Ann/Whitehall).
