Please ‘splain what do you mean? Some of us are slow, here in the Deep South.
Big town, little town, if your vehicle is a flag, or "high value load". You are a target!!! If you're traveling in, or around a sanctuary city, no matter what you drive you are a target! If you think your not! It's Time to wake up!!! Is that a little less cryptic???

To Kevin’s point, the Metro areas of Miami, West Palm, Jacksonville, Tampa do make some lists of dangerous places.

I know the listed Houston stations have had issues for years. The problems are almost always related to issues in the parking areas. Tractors being broken into, loads stolen while the driver is inside, etc. Maybe I'm Pollyanna but I wouldn't be concerned just stopping for fuel and since I've never overnighted or parked and gone inside leaving the rig unattended, I don't think there are issues for the same type of users of any of the listed stations.
