I know it’s no big deal as the EFS card is ready to go. I just want folks to know that you need to stop in a Loves store and get your rewards card so you can register in the ap, making the ap usable. Apparently that is now the only way to get everything to mesh now.

I didn't do that. I use the Love's App and I have not added their rewards card. I downloaded the app a couple of weeks ago, went to wallet and added my TSD card under payment options. When I want to use the app, I scroll to the big yellow box "PAY" and follow the screens. I have no Love Rewards Card.

UPDATE: Yup, something changed with the app because I tried to sign up with a new email and "new" card and couldn't get past the adding of the Loves Reward Card. Bummer.

GOOD NEWS: You can get your Love's Reward and set it all up without going into Loves. I just did it using information that I gained (cough) elsewhere...all thanks to dp7. The steps that he outlines are as follows:

1. Install the Loves Connect App
2.Open up the app and scroll all the way down to the "Vehicles" option. Select the casual driver option, then scroll up and select "Register" for a Love's Connect Account.
3. Enter requested info.
4. Now scroll back down to the "Vehicles" option and select "Both." At this point you will be assigned a Rewards Card Number automatically in the app.
5. Then enter your EFS (TSD) card into the wallet section.

And there you go. It works!

I am at my non-mobile home. I am many miles from a Love's and even the nearest seems to never be on my route to anywhere. So, a week or so ago I e-mailed Love's as a request to have them mail to me a Love's reward card. Since it had been some time, I kind of gave up on them.

Today, I'm perusing my now favorite RV forum and I saw this thread with new posts, so in I go to see what's new. I'm reading on down the list and come across @ARD instructions. Well, cool, I say. I start to reach for my phone. Just then, my phone chimes with a new e-mail. Would you believe it? Love's response! Holy crap, I say. Unfortunately they are telling me the ONLY way is to visit a diesel counter at a Love's store.

Back to ARD's instructions. Click here, click there, add some info, click again...done. With a rewards number and all. VOILA! Holy Schamoly I love it when a plan comes together. Thank you @ARD.

Thanks again @ARD, ridiculously convoluted but in the end it worked and all is good. At least it gave you something to do while hiding in the Montana Wilderness ??

It worked for me exactly as @ARD had posted! Nice. I am now set up with the Love's Connect app, My Love Rewards number and the EFS/TSD card information in the wallet. All this in less than 5 minutes! I spent a couple of hours trying to get the Love's app to work before getting these instructions.

Just on the off-chance that this workaround is using the SAME My Love Rewards number for everyone that does it this way, let's double-check this. The MLR# assigned to me ends in "610." Hopefully, others will have different numbers.

Mine ended in-88, so I think we are good. Good thinking though
