When I had trailers and 5er we always were careful of how the stuff we brought with us and somewhere between 1500 and 1800 pounds but since we bought the Class A we don't have to worry much about weight. It still seems to grow over time so I weigh once or twice a year just to maintain. We had 1/3 tank of fresh water and empty waste tanks. Here is my weight from yesterday.

Front Axle - 12,860 Rating 13,500
Rear Axle - 20380 Rating 24,000

GVWR 37,500
UVW 30,279
CCC 7,221

Cat Scale 33,240
Stuff in RV = 2,961

Jeep Rubicon with a 310-pound golf cart in the back = 5120

I need to weigh mine. I have no idea where I stand weight wise.
