The Meadows Rv Campground, Ketchum Idaho. Not much of a park but ok with a decent view. Good Verizon signal and decent park WiFi. Ketchum is a beautiful ski village worth visiting. Headed to West Glacier KOA And then on to Polson.

Just a little chill tonight. Nothing a good fire pit at @TJ&LadyDi ’s couldn’t handle Should be a a nice 80 degrees tomorrow. What a beautiful spot this Rv Resort is! And when free pizza is delivered curtesy of @Neal what could be better?!

I have eaten a lot of crow in my life and that was probably the best I’ve had. Thanks @Neal. And thank you @TJ&LadyDi for hosting a great evening and to @ARD for the goodies/snacks. Polson Motorcoach Resort is certainly a beautiful spot.

The wife and I just finished an 11 day adventure to visit family in upstate NY. The weather was perfect except for a half day of driving through PA fighting the remnants of Hurricane Laura. Here are some of the places we visited.

Harvest Host ... The Backroom Brewery in Middletown VA. One night. Great beer. Enjoyed another couple in a brand new Tiffin Allegra.
Raystown Lake/Saxton KOA in middle PA. Two nights. Kind-of cramped but enjoyed talking to the owner who also owned a Ventana LE.
Letchworth State Park in upstate NY. Three nights. Enjoyed catching up with family.
Hammondsport/Bath KOA in Bath NY. Two nights. Museum and wineries.
Graves Mountain Lodge in Syria VA. Two nights. Official MotoGiro of the East.

MotoGiro .... Two day event on vintage motorcycles 1969 or older, 303cc or less. I collect and restore vintage motorcycles

The highlights of the trip were Letchworth State Park, also known as the Grand Canyon of the East and Hammondsport NY. Letchworth was incredible for its beautiful scenery and incredible waterfalls. Hammondsport was a personal favorite because of the Curtiss Aviation/Motorcycle museum. We could have stayed for weeks in upstate NY and plan to go back soon.

Compared to most of you this was a small/short trip but its a start for us in this new world of Motorhomes. We learned a lot and look forward to expanding our travels.

Sad too see our second installment of North American RV Park in West Glacier come to an end tomorrow. We made some great new friends and I particularly enjoyed our time with @RedBaron73, Great people at this park. We’re looking forward to returning next year for an extended visit and I hope other Newmarians will join us (Aug/Sept 2021)

Been here boondocking at in-laws since Tuesday. Leaving on Tuesday to head back to Hearthside Grove.

Mountain Valley RV Resort . Heber City UT. We like it and booked Already for Sept. next year.
Playing pickle ball every morning.
Wednesday is supposed to get into the freezing temps with possible snow flurries? So, we are bugging out.

Gig Harbor Washington. Nice park with some long, wide pull throughs. Hard to get satellite and the usual mediocre park WiFi. Only 1.5 miles from the picturesque town of Gig Harbor.
