My trip out to San Diego was to catch up with some friends but my primary and most important reason was to meet my newest Granddaughter and spend time with my daughter and her family. I went up to West Hollywood on Tuesday and came back to San Diego yesterday. I had a wonderful 2 days...

As posted before, Bauer upholstery for only one night to get the front seats done. The wife wandered in to the office and talked to Lisa. They "just happened" to have two recliners in the same material. Out voted by my wife and the dog, we dumped the couch and now have some comfortable seating. Honestly, a great experience at Bauer!

Luray, VA, what was a KOA, now Spacious Skies ownership. My little area of peace and quiet in the Shenandoah valley. Nice CG, decent Wi-Fi, Verizon strong, AT&T is good too, didn't try SL due to trees and cost, not needed. Big dog park so Elli gives a dew claw up.

At the NKK Kountry Frolic Oregon State Rally being put on by State Directors DJ and Linda Thommen at Seven Rivers RV Resort. Love the RV sites are larger than postage stamps and we even have room for a table. Great to see fellow NKK members!

D&W Lake RV Park near Champaign IL 2 nights to recoup from this week of HWH repairs and new seats at Bauer. Somehow, we are on schedule but the coach and jeep are FILTHY! Off to Indiana in the morning.

5 nights at Follow the River in Florence Indiana. One of our favorite places, and got our favorite spot. Washed the coach and jeep, now time for a beer.

KOA in Fancy Gap, VA. Yeah, VA resident and never heard of this area either, it's near Galax, VA, i.e. southwestern corner of VA. Drove the I-81 corridor from Luray today. Having been in storage for longer than desired it was my safety net drive, highways 81 and then 77 and then here. Burn some DEF, hopefully get a regen in, a fuel stop, and beautiful scenery along the way.

Verizon strong, AT&T good, Wi-Fi public/open not so great. Heavily forested so no SAT or SL for those with that. Remote location which I like, I prefer that camping feel. This place reminds me of Mama Girties near Asheville which has a lot of hills in the CG, this is like that. Steep narrow roads but doable.

Nice dog park which Elli approves. A lot of personality around the CG from the owners, nice setup here. They also have a smoker so they offer various BBQ but I have a ton of food on board as usual so I need to whittle away at that.
