We have been in the Santa Fe National Forest for 10 days. The first 2 days, we were in a park (no hookups), and we are now boondocking in the forest. The weather has been perfect, with highs in the 60s and 70s and lows in the 40s—8,200'

if you enjoy solitude.

@Jim has already brought to my attention that I was going uphill. We had just set up, and my wife also brought it to my attention when I went back inside. As I explained to Jim, with the cost of film and the processing expense, I didn't retake the photo.

I left Fruita, CO yesterday and headed over to Moab where I will be for the next 2 weeks before joining up with the NKK Full-Timers Rally in Coalville, Utah. I was thankful I only had to drive just shy of 100 miles as the wind was some of the worst I have ever encountered!!! 🤬 I have stayed here on a few occasions and it works out well for me as it is located North of Moab which is unfortunately typically a sh*t show these days.

@No Plan a lady (Melissa) is going to the NKK fulltimers rally that posted on FB yesterday about her towbar breaking. She is looking for someone to weld it. Hopefully she didn't do that, but then again. Maybe someone can explain to her the dangers of doing this.

No bueno!!! When I come up from the desert in the Spring as part of my annual services I also have my home dealer, TransWest in Frederick, CO, inspect and service my Blue Ox tow bar... (y) By the looks of the tow bar in the pictures an inspection was long overdue and probably would have prevented this failure... 🤔
