We_b_trippin, how did you like the drive into Apple Valley Farm Lake Lure? We were there in May and loved the park, but a tight drive in, a real white knuckler in our 40'. Almost missed the entrance too, and a turnaround i'm told would have been difficult. We loved our spot (we stayed a couple spaces down from the onsite manager in one of his spots), but it rained hard 3 of the 5 days there.

Honestly it bothered my wife much more than me. I’m 35 feet towing a Grand Cherokee so not quite as long. But you do use every bit of the road. She kept providing details on upcoming curves which helped as each upcoming turn wasn’t a complete surprise. Ask me again after tomorrow because the drive back down the hill seems more challenging.

It rained quite a bit here this week too. Interesting place and lots of Newmars. We are Site 107 and for concrete pads in a resort type atmosphere I wish the site was a bit more level.

North American RV park, Coram, MT. Just outside the West Glacier entrance. ATT and Verizon are decent signal but limited bandwidth. The park WiFi was just upgraded and is a stable 5 down/5 up. Great to make some new friends here. Been here 5 days, off to Polson, then back by the weekend for another 10 days. A really nice park and fantastic locale.

Petoskey, MI. Hearthside Grove Motorcoach Resort

I’ve seen numerous post of people visiting this place, finally made it and will be staying till Sep 1st. Our son and DIL are visiting from Georgia so we sprang for premium lot, plenty of room, think we need more friends ?

We are in lot 336 this stay. We are coming back Sep 8-13 and are on lot 45.

Yes, we agree...we were there (lot #16) for 32 nights. Left a week ago for Door County, WI.

Back at our home base in Polson. Quite a bit of smoke in the air, but it seems to be clearing out a little this evening.

Looks like several RV Forum folks will be joining us next week. Earlier this afternoon, VTPete and Jackie stopped by and we plan to get together tomorrow. IIRC, @J&JD will be here next Monday, as will @ARD and I think @FLSteve might be here on Wednesday unless plans have changed. Hope we have a big enough patio for "social distancing."
