FYI, labor rate at Newmar $210 once winter discount ends March 31st.

Well made it to the mothership. Getting quite full and I think this is a short week to boot. Water is still off.
Going to see how chassis service is addressed as I believe I have DEF head 😨

Update on labor rate

Jan-Mar @ winter rate $150
April-May @ $185
Jun-Aug @ $210
Sep-Dec @ $185
I paid over $200 / hr at NIRVC at their location in Manassas, Virginia back in February! But at least I didn’t have to drive 10 hours each way with that fuel cost.

Congestion pricing?

What are Steve Showalter's rates? Don't forget he's just down the street and a good source for a lot of work you don't need to wait on Newmar for.

I take it the quality of the work is the same?

IMHO they're all the same techs, just what company is embroidered on their shirt that day. I would have no issue trusting work done by Showalter's place. He's come through for a lot of Newmar owner's, we can pay it back giving them our coins for service. Granted, if you're going to Nappanee you're probably scheduling a service long ago. But if you're in need of a short term fix for a crisis, don't forget he's available too.
