Fishing this past weekend while camping. Pics are on the South Saint Vrain below Long Lake and Mitchell Creek (a tributary of the SSV).

Always ready for fishing...biggest problem (for me) is out-of-state fishing license fees charged for one day (or 3 day). It's often hard to swallow $100 + for the right to soak a line in waters unknown for a couple hours. Fish all over California however. Tight lines 😉
 
I just tell the warden I'm not fishing, I practice casting. I never catch anything, how can it be called fishing?
 
Try that and let us know how that comes out.
 
I wish there was a all state catch and release licence. But I wish for a lot! I at least have a Indiana lifetime license.
 
Just bought a 14 day, family, out of state fishing license here in Wisconsin for $45.00.
Now if DW and I get lucky, maybe we'll catch something.
