There's also ventusky.com. The display is fairly similar to windy.com, but I prefer the interface over windy.com.
 
Here is my favorite site. It covers it all, wind, temperature, precipitation, etc.

Yes, another vote for Ventusky. I've been using this for about 6 months, and it's really a great app. Today, while planning my exit from the park, I could see that leaving an hour earlier was going to be advantagious to my trip. And it worked perfectly. I was always just a little bit ahead of the storm, until it turned East and headed away from me.

Wind speed, radar, rain, etc. it does it all. :)
