Hello all - one of the bedroom night shades in our 2024 London Aire is out of whack; it goes down too far and doesn't come up far enough. I've tried adjusting the grey and yellow adjustment 'screws' on the shade, but it does nothing. Is there a way to reset it and then adjust it? Or is there some way I haven't figured out to adjust it? Thanks for any help on this one...

Who makes the shade? Is this a manual shade or electric motor shade?
For electric motor shades made by MCD, there are a couple different versions over time and they each have different steps to adjust the start/stop points.

Oops - should've included all that info.
It is an MCD electric motor shade.

Can you just wrap it around one more time when it is retracted? That is what I do with the manual ones.

Somewhere hidden up in the cornice board there should be a "button" that kind of look like a medicine capsule. this is what are used to set the upper/lower limit Go to the MCD website and download the procedure for your model. It is straightforward.

That medicine capsule has a small button inside it on one side, gentle squeezing will find that “click”. On some older models from 8+ years ago it is a gray button instead of a capsule.
As new @newmarokie mentioned, check out the mcd website to get the instructions for you era/model of motor.

Thanks all - I am still working on it. I haven't found the capsule, so am going to take the valence off to get better access. Appreciate the help and I'll update.

This is the simplest method, extend it all the way out and wrap until you like it. Only takes a minute.
