I checked once as got chip, now got a crack, going to see if it can be fixed, if not going to let it do what it's going to do until so bad, got to fix it. Last price I got was $2500 for the glass alone, suspect the $4500 above is "spot on in these times", and think coverage in insurance would cover it, just hate to make a claim with not having this company less than year. Last one was with 20 years, and they raised rates so high was not worth any discounts they gave us. Saved almost 1000 changing companies, what the car cost before, now I can pay for both of them, and MH dropped 800 annually. We don't use full time, and that for sure makes a difference.

Of course, I would opt for one that is familiar with working on RV windshields due to the fact that it needs to be done properly. I have seen something similar in Charlotte auto glass posts as well. I hope everything works out fine I think they have given you a date yet, right?

I've said it before...RV Glass Solutions is awesome. And the least expense I'm thinking as they supply many of the windshields on the market today. Professional installation and good overnight hook ups. It will always be my first choice. Only downside is locations may not be where YOU are. We made a 1000 road trip out of our visit 😊

X2. At least at the Oregon facility.

X3 for the Elkhart facility!

Anyone have experience with RV Glass Solutions (a subsidiary of Coach Glass) for a windshield replacement? We took a nasty rock hit on our way from Washington to Oregon and cracks are running in several directions. Fortunately, the hit was on the passenger side and the cracks have not run over to the driver side.

RV Glass Solutions was recommended to us by a couple of sources and our insurance company also suggested them as qualified to do the replacement. I’m in the process of trying to schedule the replacement to coincide with another appointment we have in the area (Coberg/Junction City, Oregon) To have our Girard awning replaced.

If you have used RV Glass Solutions, what was your experience? Thanks for any input.

Any connection to RV Glass Guru? If so, just had a terrible experience and went elsewhere. They canceled twice (nite before), and then shipped the glass to Sacramento (125 miles away). Lots of excuses and they apparently work with AAA and other insurance companies. Had mine done locally and very happy. Like any other auto repair, you don't have to go where they want to send you. Good luck!
