Should I level my trailer crosswise while it's parked in it's winter storage spot or is it okay to be off a little?

Should I level my trailer crosswise while it's parked in it's winter storage spot or is it okay to be off a little?

Off level i a good thing if the fridge is not running. water won't puddle on the roof so leaks are not going to destroy anything while stored.
