Yes as long as the Romex is not exposed. I personally use 12 awg for all outlets 20 amp and below. My guess is1500 watts on the air fryer. I would dedicate an outlet for the job and make it 20amps(12awg). If you see the wires I would enclose with conduit. They make stuff that is pretty for such a job!It looks like that governed by the NFPA 1192 standard which I'm too cheap to buy a copy of. Every RV I've looked at uses standard Romex like you would in a house. 12 or 14 gage depending on the expected current draw and breaker/outlet.
