I've been down this road before, and I'm seriously considering it again. The idea is simple, park your RV on the pad, hook up, and settle in for a week-long mountain getaway. But wait, there’s more! Just a short walk from your RV sits a unique tiny home, and yes, it’s yours to use as well.

Perfect for camping with friends who don’t have an RV of their own but still want to hang out. Or maybe you’re planning an extended stay and need a quiet office space to work from for a couple of months. I'm picturing these with decks, long-range views, and everything set up for guests to fully enjoy.

These "tiny homes" are built in China (no surprise there) and cost around $8K–$10K. Of course, delivery and setup are extra. But positioned just right with some killer decks, I think they’d be a big hit.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Would you stay in one?

Their Webpage.

I think they would be a big hit if the location allows for fantastic views. I would consider renting them as stand alone units as I don’t think folks who have RVs would be interested in another unit on the site at an additional cost

As RV’rs, we wouldn’t want to pay extra for this, this is why we have the RV, to have our space.
But where I see this working is a separate cabin space that can be rented by non-RVrs or family/friends of RVrs who want to meet up for a week with RVrs.
Seen some campgrounds that have a couple/few extra cabins that were used in this manner and they seemed to keep the cabins pretty occupied.

Possibly if we had family/friends visiting. Otherwise, not interested

Unless I missed it, there isn't a kitchen area, with a cooktop, or refrigerator.

Agree with Texas…
There needs to be a kitchen area and maybe more living area.
My wife and I do not wake up at the same time and this would not work for us. As a solo place, it’s awesome!

No kitchen in the model shown, but there are others that have a small kitchen.

In Florida, you could probably cook food on the bed with all that glass. 🤒 Maybe for someone who had a class B (or B+, C-, whatever they call them now) to gain sleeping room though.

We prefer the atmosphere of rv parks that do not have tiny houses. Judy D

And that’s exactly why I ask questions! You folks are the heart of my visitors, and I want to do everything I can to support you. Thank you!
