I have been following this property back when it was acquired and I recommended it to @J&JD when one of their planned stops cancelled. I am surprised because they were doing pretty well making bigger rv spots.

Inflation! Maybe thinking twice about staying in business due to the way our world is today. People are being hit very hard from all directions. Not the same way out there to run a business. we all have something!
