You Tube TV Maintenance

I'm an old Dish Network guy and after you watched something on the DVR we deleted it. We moved to You Tube TV about 6 months ago and discovered you don't delete watched programs. So after months we have an abundance of watched programs cluttering up the DVR. Is there a way to "clean up" the DVR?

We love using YouTube TV. We have streamed all our TV's with ROKU for several years brick and mortar included.
