My water pump is not working correctly. My water pressure coming out of the faucets and shower is very low. Usually when I turn the pump on it makes a whirring sound and shuts off. When I turn it on there is no noise.

Can a water pump have a breaker? I checked the breakers on DS lower bay everything looks good. Also the breakers in the cabinet next to bathroom. Nothing that says water pump on it?

Can Freightliner replace a water pump for me if needed?

Have you checked your house filter to make sure it's not clogged? When is the last time you replaced it?

No, I don't think FL will replace the water pump as that's on the house side, not chassis. I've replaced mine before, it's not hard.

Yeah, I just put in a new water fliter a couple of weeks ago. But I will pull it again and check it out. The removal looks straight forward, and I could get the pump from Tiffin Parts, it's the electrical hook up that sort of worries me.

It's a straight forward 12V red/black wire connection, unless the problem lies elsewhere.

Ok I will take a look at it. Someone suggested it may be a clogged aerator ????? Where is that located?

They typically unscrew at the output of the faucet itself.
