I love this Ninja XL. Sirloin 5 minutes a side on low. Oak pellets. Perfection

Has anyone here successfully smoked a Picanha? Jeanette brought one home, now I can’t admit I’ve never smoked one before! 🥵

And so, after getting the gist of other people’s internet opinions, I have a plan.
First, it’s just a piece of dead cow that I intend to enjoy with a bottle of red wine and whatever Mrs A cooks up to go with it.
So, it’s getting some Kinder’s Prime Steak rub, then smoking on the Ninja with pecan pellets at 200 degrees to 122 internal. Then, finishing with some high temp reverse sear to 128.
I’ll report on the outcome later.

More wings! (or legs in this case.)

@Jim, I know you posted a picture of the aluminum pans you're using, but I've searched everywhere and can't find the post. Please repost, thanks.

Due to some member posting how great some food was cooked on a Ninja Woodpellet Grill, there has been a buying frenzy for such a grill. Now recipe requests are beginning to appear.

If you have a favorite food cooked on the Ninja, share with the group including seasonings, which setting, will it include smoke, temp, etc. Pictures would be appreciated.
Now you did it! You have me thinking and my wife always says that is dangerous. I think maybe I want to sell my Blackstone grill / griddle and get one of these. The Blackstone is great just getting a little heavy and bulky for me. Question has anyone purchase the griddle plate and done smash burgers on it? My wife loves smash burgers as do I.

Racks

If you buy the racks, this cool reference guide comes along with it. Great for picking cook times and grill settings.

I don't see why not. You will need to buy the flat top griddle plate. FYI, the Ninja cooks hot and fast.

We have a Webber griddle so we can make stir fry etc and use that for smash burgers, and breakfast bacon, hash browns as well. Ninja does everything else.
