Deer Springs RV Park is a privately owned park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. A unique park limited to 8 RV’s at a time, Deer Springs offers a serene setting and amenities like no other park in the area. Our park has been designed for “self contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bath house on site. Each site has sewer, water, 30/50 amp services, picnic table, fire ring and a private gazebo. Each gazebo has a refrigerator with ice maker, preparation counter and sink with running water.

Booking is done online, but if you need assistance you can call us at (828) 349-5440. Please visit our website for more information.

Thank you!

Site #8 (The Woods)

Reason enough to get an RV. . . :)

"The Woods" is a huge site, surrounded by natural forest and 200' away from your nearest RV neighbor! There is plenty of room to set up your outdoor chairs and just take in the beauty that surrounds you. Twenty feet past the front of your coach is your private picnic area, complete with fire pit, picnic table and gazebo. The attached 10’x12′ deck is surrounded by railing, so well behaved doggies can spend some off-leash time with their owners while you all enjoy this wonderful site.

This is a Pull In site only, and will accommodate a motor home of any size. As such, it is NOT 5th wheel or Travel Trailer friendly.

As a result of being a heavily wooded area, satellite reception may be diminished or non-existent. Tailgater antennas may provide better reception than a roof mounted antennas, but there is still a good chance that your antenna will not find a satellite because of the trees.

Oh man, you are killing me! Was just talking to DW about our trip down to your place and site 8, we both are supper excited. I'm about worn out from this hitch, and need a break. Have to deal with some friend and family visits once I get back to our place in NC, but will be really READY for solitude and relaxation by the time we get down to your place.

Looks great!!

Hey Bubblehead, I just got back from a walk around the park. It's been very wet out here for the last few days but I think you'll like it regardless. I have hopes that it will start to dry out by the time you get here. Anyway, looking forward to your visit and getting a chance to chat with you!

Jim, how could anyone not like your place? Weather is the weather, our MC lot is 200 miles north of you and will have same weather. Looking forward to meeting you guys, spooling down, quaffing a few frosty beverages, and enjoying your beautiful CG!

DW has been socializing the photos and video's of your CG around our MC community. Only 18 other coaches, but we are only 200 miles away and everyone sees the value, ambiance, and benefits of your place.

Told her to wait till we booked all the weeks we need:sneaky: but there may have been adult beverages involve

Site #7, or "The Holly Tree" as we call it.

The Holly Tree is a pull through site best suited for Class A, Class B, or Class C rigs up to 40′ long, or a 5th wheel / Travel Trailer under 35′. NOTE: If you are pulling a toad, it must be disconnected prior to entering this site! There is an incline going in and a decline going out, which may make it difficult for a 5th Wheel or Travel Trailer over 35′.

The Holly Tree has a commanding view of the park and wonderful long range views of the surrounding area. Your gazebo is positioned close to a Black Walnut tree whose Summer branches cover the accompanying deck, providing a cool break from the afternoon sun. The attached 12’x14′ deck is surrounded by railing, so well behaved doggies can spend some off-leash time with their owners while you all enjoy this wonderful site.

Note: If you have ambulatory restraints, this may not be the best site for you as there are 6 steps that take you up to the gazebo/deck area.

Take a quick video tour of Site #7

You sure do, I missed that one! This is fantastic. Now if I could just get everyone here at the same time we could have an RV Forums Meet!

Thank you, NWIP. :)
