@Neemer when you do something, you go all the way. Dayum. So sorry you are going through this. Wishing you a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.
 
After reviewing security cam video of “the incident”, I assume full ownership of my current state of affairs. A persistent testosterone infection overruled my better judgement, leading me to hotdog it beyond my skill level. These things are fun as hell until they aren’t.
 
I remain terrified of it which means I respect it and don't ride faster than I can run off it now. I also stick to asphalt for the most part to avoid surprises. I've seen video of riding in grass to find the unseen ditch and off they go for a collar bone surgery.

The next medical professional who snickers at me when I tell him/her how I broke this thing is going to wear my cast on the bridge of their nose.
 
LOL - instead offer them a ride on the OneWheel.
