How old is the chassis battery and has it been properly load-tested (not just an at-rest voltage check) when it was “in the shop.” Sadly, a lot of “shop mechanics” don’t know how to load-test a battery.
Your issue sounds a lot like a failing battery, but could also be the charging circuit as...
“Common” anything seems much less common these days; common courtesy, common sense, etc. By the angle of the “parked” car, I’m wondering if a “wee dram of the spirits” might have been involved?

In most commercial RV parks, the 42-45’ coach won’t be a problem; it will likely be in federal and state park campgrounds. We have found that 40’ is the “sweet spot for us,” but some will disagree.

I would love to see you succeed with your dream of full-time RV living!
That said, with the personal and motorhome issues you have described (and some I don’t think you are even aware of), I think you need to rethink this. With a 20-year old motorhome that was not top-of-the-line to begin...
It depends on what kind of problem you are trying to resolve. Your BayStar is built on a Ford F53 chassis and many owners do chassis upgrades to improve handling. If you are just trying to smooth out a rough ride, good shocks can help with secondary bounce, but they won’t smooth out a rough...
When I put a new hose on just about any fitting, I use a light coating of lubricant on the fitting to help the initial push on go all the way onto the fitting. I use a food-grade lubricant on everything as it saves having to have more than one kind on hand. This is the one I use…...
Probably at least a 4000W inverter and a huge bank of batteries to power it for any amount of time. And, you won’t be able to run any other electric appliances at the same time.
A 15K AC can pull up to 3600W on startup and will require 1800-2000W when running. Factor in line loss and inverter...
Yes, the legs do fold; one on top of the other and lock in place. The grill can also be used in the folded position, if desired, like on a picnic table, etc. It can be used that way on the ground as well, but that involves a lot of bending over to tend the food.
The easiest way to fold/extend...
Wow…looks like GMG has made wholesale changes in its pellet grill line. The historical name format may have become a politically correctness issue in today’s world. It does look like there have been some minor mechanical changes (aka “improvements” per GMG).
We still really like our Recteq...
When freezing meat, prepared food, etc. we vacuum seal it and write the date on the package with a permanent marker. That way, we can be sure to use the oldest products first and keep a rotation going. Most of our meat comes from Costco, so it is in quantities that we need to split up any way...
We use Roadmaster towing equipment, including the mesh Tow Defender that has worked flawlessly for several years on two coaches. Don’t know if it can be adapted to Blue Ox tow bars, but it might.

The GVWR will probably be on a plate affixed to the trailer tongue, or stamped directly into the metal on the tongue.
Try going here…

@Neal got it right! They are not “star-drive” screws, (though they look like they are) but, instead, are “#2 double-square drive.” None of the star-drive bits will fit them very well. The double-square fits perfectly, at least in our coach. A standard #2 square-drive bit will also for them...
Welcome to the supply chain disruption era! The price of just about everything has been going up…except gasoline here in the Pacific Northwest. The price of gas has been starting to drop out here. No wonder; we’re having a big Covid-19 spike again and no one is going anywhere. After Labor...
This is why we keep and use two credit cards for all of our purchases. We have no other debt; no mortgage, no car or RV payments or other installment loans, etc. and still manage to maintain a good credit score. I think the monthly credit card activity (we pay the balance off each month) may...
Please don’t even consider going to Louisiana until next year. You will just complicate an already difficult situation. Thousands are without homes at this point, power and water systems are down and will take weeks, if not months, to restore. The last thing they need right now are visitors...
