Do you know if they require masks in restaurants in Oregon? Do they even have indoor dining? We’ve probably had pretty low infection rates where I live, and everything is open… I see few masks

We are able to dine in Eugene with no problems. Restaurants were open. They ask that you wear masks upon entry and once seated they can be removed.
