ITR told me that color doesn't mean it's old. Color will change with different types of hydronic fluid added.
I have only ever used Century Heat Transfer fluid. There seems to be a lot of leeway in the guidance people have been told. I read that Newmar recommends changing when pH goes below 8.0. ITR has evidently said, 10yrs, pH below 7.0, and hardware is stainless...don't worry.
I'll see how I feel about it in another 10 years. By then I may know people who have kept the same fluid for 20 years without issue.

It was nice to have had the experience. Should I ever need to purge air from the system...I now have the rig and experience.

I must be the odd man out here, but I've never had to add fluid in the 9 years I've owned the DS.
You’re not the odd man. I’ve never added any to mine either. 2015 DS 4369

Nor have I. The color has certainly darkened however.

Well if it starts cycling off unexpectedly check the tank level first. It doesn’t like a low fluid condition and it’s not a sealed system so the water in the fluid does evaporate which also results in the darkening of the remaining fluid.
