Tip anything road issues to avoid ne ohio to florida

We will be traveling in our class B sprinter late April early May from NE Ohio heading down the east coast to Virginia beach then Edisto beach, sc., Pensacola,fl., Galvaston, tx. and then home via Nashville, tn. I was wondering if there are any highways we should avoid along the way due to potential iffy road conditions.

From the GA/FL border to Pensacola, you’re fine. I was just on those roads last weekend on my bike.
I-10 all the way to Baton Rouge was fine a couple of weeks ago when my fiancé drove it.
