I very much appreciate what you have done with your coach. Just finished reading the whole thread.
Thank you, going much slower than I would like. I guess working 50+ hours a week and being 68 slows a person down a little. Plus it is either raining or 100 degrees lately.

So upgraded my Headlights this weekend.

I bought new ones but can't figure how to get the old out

What do you have?
Older London Aire, but same light as mine. Watch this video, should help. The main headlamp attaches straight to the body..No "header panel to remove". Those clips are a little tricky and beware, they will fly off if your not careful. Also Newar added a extra screw on mine at the top inner corner. Had to remove a plug to get a screw driver in there. Longer screw driver than normal.
As far as getting the bezel out , mine had 2 10mm nuts on the back side of the turn signal lamp, the upper inner added screw, and one screw to the outer side marker light.
If you got new bezels, the top has to be cut down to fit.

Video? Is everything done from the front/outside? From the back I can't see how to get to anything.

Sorry about that.
Access from backside of headlight.
