Good morning.
The internet issue sounds like a job for Elon Musk and Starlink. Not too many places that will not have satellite access.
Just a thought.

A couple of years ago we put a Starlink Business dish up on a 50' tower. It worked well, right up until it stopped working last year. Starlink dinked around for a month before finally telling us they don't sell that dish anymore. They apologized, gave me a months credit, and sent me a new business dish. By that time I had picked up a couple of residential Starlink dishes and put them around the park. Problem solved and less expensive as well.
