I stayed in a pretty nice resort a few years ago for just over $100/night while shopping for a new coach at a local Newmar dealer. Then a year or so ago, while headed in that direction I thought it would be nice to stay there again, but found they now wanted $192/night and all amenities were closed due to covid. So I passed. I just checked again and they are back down to around $100/night, so maybe thats a response to less demand.
