Curious if anyone knows of a company that makes cargo slide covers/inserts?

I think per your thread title you're asking for slideout trays? Here is who I used for my Dometic CF-80 mod/install:

Thank you but I’m looking for inserts to put in the existing slide out trays to protect the carpet form staining

What do you store that would stain the carpet? A truck bed mat cut to size would work or another piece of carpet.

I went to Lowe's and bought carpet protective runner. It is thin plastic with short spikes on the bottom to keep it from sliding.

I know not what you're looking for but you could always buy more carpet from Newmar and replace it if needed.
