I have a Gulfstream14rbc Ameri-Lite 17ft travel trailer and the last time I took camping I noticed the counter over the gas/electric fridge became warm when plugged into campground power it was warm enough to harden the hamburger bread that was on top
Any ideas why or is that a normal thing?
Thanks
Fernando

Fernando, EVERY fridge generates heat, no matter gas or electric. The heat must be wanted somewhere. You may want to see if you can open some space for the hot air to escape?

most fridges have a vent on the roof. I would check that a bird or squirrel did not make a nest there. I had a new gulf stream back in 2000 and I had a venting issue. In my case the vent was there, but the hole was not.
