I did this and took 2 days but it can be done in one long day (about 400 miles) depending where in the Denver area you are. I try not to do interstates if possible so from Fort Morgan US 52, US 14, US 71 and stopped overnight in Gering, NE. Robidoux RV Park is run by the city and cost was about $30 full hookups.
