I guess I would have to give up rving if I had to transition to an EV and a trailer that's the size of my rear bath in my DP. I'm 6'3" it physically wouldn't work for me.
LOL. I hear ya. We went from a 40 foot DP to this. We figure we are like gold fish. We get used to the size of our bowl. LOL. 👍

Sure has opened up lots of new areas to camp and hike in though. Works for us. 👍.

Safe travels Tex.

Although many of us probably won't see it in happen in time to accommodate our RV requirements, the future will bring us battery powered RV's of the length we are accustomed to.

Battery and engine technology is progressing rapidly, which can be seen in the creation, testing and introduction of battery powered aircraft, something I didn't think I would see in my lifetime.

Check out NASA's all-electric X-57 Maxwell, part of their Scalable Convergent Electric Propulsion Technology and Operations Research (SCEPTOR) project.

Interesting. Thanks.

According to this site: AAA Gas Prices , diesel prices actually declined overnight from an avg of $5.771 to $5.770.

Can I get a whoop whoop?
Unfortunately oil stocks plummeted. Some days, it is difficult to win.

Some of those trailers are so small you have to go outside to turn around.
And never mind getting in the middle of the night couple of times to potty 😂

😊 yep. We have experienced all that. The bathroom is okay but passing each other in the kitchen is…cosy. 😊. Here’s our bathroom. Takes a little getting used to. 😊

We like the old railroad car design. Cosy but functional. This road trip will end up being about 9 weeks and 11500 kilometres. We’ll be happy to get back in the house for awhile. And then September we start all over again. 😊

Diesel has dropped .40 in the last 5 days at a local mobil station here in NH. $6.19 last week; $5.79 now. Not great but headed back in the right direction. I‘m going to fill this thing and hit the road tomorrow.

I have seen diesel at 4.87 today, gas at 3.87 In Tennessee. Going down.

Diesel Price is an interesting topic, Flying J, Pilot on I-95 in Florida is ~$$4.59 while local Walmart, BP, Shell and others are ~$3.59-$3.39.

Granted a 43' with a tow might be a tight fit at a local station :)
