Ok, even though we haven’t really been able to go anywhere, we have run the dishwasher a few times. Doesn’t seem to do a great job, and the dishes are still wet.

Anyone have this wet issue?

And what soap do you use?

I love the dishwasher. According to the directions, we do not rinse the dishes before putting them in the machine, just wipe them with our used napkins.Apparently it works better with a film on the dishes, no chunks of anything. I know it sounds strange, as at home we rinse them. We use Cascade Complete powder, and keep the rinse agent full. I leave it shut for some time after the cycle is complete. You will notice the fan will run a bit longer and dry the dishes. Judy D

I forgot to mention to always check which cycle it is on. It is easy to accidentally change it. Unless I have a really packed load, the fast cycle is fine. With a big load, normal suffices.
