Dometic Bowl Adapter Seal?

The half bath toilet seat needs replacing. Because it's so close to the wall, I'm guessing I'm going to have to remove the toilet to be able to replace the seat. What are the seals made from? Is it a standard wax ring used for household toilets? Thanks in advance for responses.

No it's a flexible hose attached with clamps. I installed a bidet toilet seat toilet on my 1/2 bath and was able to unbolt the toilet from the floor and move it forward enough to get behind without detaching any piping.
