2022 Wildcat 5th wheel. I truly love my new RV and am having (knock on wood) less issues than I expected. And I know some issues can’t be avoided due to highways etc. That said, second trip out and the uncaring workmanship has started showing up. In the bath is a small plate with two hooks. Just from hanging wet wash cloths the screws are all ready pulling out. In the closet the screws holding the hanging rod are pulling out with minimal clothes.

Any experience or suggestions for repairing these so they will hold and not become holes in the wall?

try using expansion plugs, can get them at any home supply store

Put some heavy-duty mounting tape on the backside of the plates. You can then use the plastic expansion inserts in the original screw holes and then run in the original screws. Looks great, has no extra holes, and will stay there until the wall comes down.
