Heater blower not working

I tried turning the heat on for the first time today. The propane is on and flowing. The thermostat clicks as if it wants to come on. But the blower never kicks on. Check the fuse right? We’ll there is no fuse in my fuse panel associated with anything heater related. What now?

2016 Thor Windsport class A. Atwood blower model number AFMD35141 A. An old timer in the rv park has been trying to help but he is stumped. My wife and I have looked over this thing too to bottom and cannot find another fuse box that might have the blower fuse and can’t find one. We did notice how the blower wiring looks a little janky and the circuit board looks a little crusty.
